2) Submit to the City Attorney's Office in one of the following methods:
- in person at City Hall: 521 W. Cedar
- by mail to City of Rawlins, c/o City Attorney, PO Box 951, Rawlins, WY 82301
- by email to motto@rawlinswy.gov
- by fax to 307-370-2484
