Rawlins Clean-Up Day 2012 has been set for June 9th from 8a-lunch. Don't like how your community looks? Here's your opportunity to help! Get together as a family, friends, neighbors, business, or organization and have fun while cleaning up Rawlins. Meet at Depot Park Pavilion, go clean a section of Rawlins, and finish up with a free lunch for all volunteers. Please call Rawlins Community Development Department at 328-4500 ext.1015, to pre-register your group. * All Volunteers will be welcome Saturday morning. *
Additional clean-up opportunities:
1) Rawlins Spring Clean-up kicks off at 8:00 AM Saturday, June 9, 2012 and will continue through 5:00PM Saturday, June 16, 2012 (EXCLUDING Sunday June 10, 2012)
2) Rawlins Landfill will accept all Construction Debris for 50% off during this time period.
*(Absolutely NO household waste, NO hazardous materials, NO tires, NO railroad ties, & NO refrigerators)
*(Contractors & Professional Waste Carriers will be charged standard rates.)
3) Derelict vehicle removal through Saturday, June 30, 2012. You MUST contact Rawlins Community Development Department (328-4500) for arrangements.
