Congratulations to Kyle Rosentreter on receiving the November Community Builder Award for his decades of dedication to public safety! Kyle came to Carbon County in 1986 to work in law enforcement and has remained rooted here ever since. He is known for his unwavering support of local officers, his service in search and rescue, and his commitment to strengthening local law enforcement’s K9 programs. He donates his time and expertise to train handlers and their dogs, has helped build a highly effective K-9 team, and even contributed personally toward the department’s current K-9, Justice. Over his career, Kyle has trained an estimated 800–1,000 dogs! Kyle’s dedication and generosity have made Rawlins safer and stronger. His example encourages all of us to support our first responders and look for ways to share our own special talents!
