The Rawlins City Council will hold a Special Council Meeting on Friday September 26, 2025 at 8:30 am. The agenda is limited to:
- Public Hearing and Approval of a $507,000 Community Development Block Grant for the Demolition of the Wyoming Bar located at 413 W. Front St. on behalf of the Rawlins Downtown Development Authority
- Approval of a State Homeland State Homeland Security Program Grant for $103,550 for a Raman Point Chemical Detector
- Executive Session per WY Statute 16-4-405(a)(ix & ii)
Please note: City Council will also be holding a Goals Workshop on Saturday, September 27th beginning at 11 am at the Hampton Inn, 406 Airport Road, Rawlins, WY.

Rawlins Regular City Council Meeting times were updated in September 2025. They are now held every first and third Tuesday of each month at 6:00pm. Work sessions are occasionally held afterwards.
