- Public Hearing and Approval of a Special Use Permit for a Full-Service Laundry Business at 102 W. Cedar Street
- Second Reading of the 2025-2026 City of Rawlins Budget
- Third and Final Reading of an Ordinance to Amend Title 10.15.070 Failure to maintain liability coverage for consistency with state statute and to improve enforceability
- First Reading for the Repeal and Recodification of Chapter 8.16: Nuisances
- Approval of $2500 Donation from Williams for VFW Baseball Fields for Cleanup and Scoreboards
- Appointments to the Carbon County Specific Tax Joint Powers Board
- Reports from City Manager, City Attorney, and City Council
- Approve Agenda, Minutes, Accounts Payable and Payroll
- Executive Session - per WY Statute 16-4-405(a)(iii and ix). This may include action after the executive session.
Please note: There is a special City Council meeting on Monday, June 9th at 6:00pm.
Regular City Council meetings include opportunities for citizens to communicate with the council. Citizen’s Participation is reserved for items not on the agenda. During agenda items, public comments may be accepted during council discussion. To address the Council, please raise your hand and come to the podium once recognized by the mayor.

Rawlins City Council meetings are held every first and third Tuesday of each month at 7:30p. Work sessions are sometimes held beforehand, typically at 6:00 pm.
