The City of Rawlins expresses our condolences to the friends and family of Patrick Martinez. Patrick was a beloved part of the City family and will be greatly missed. He served the City with his outstanding leadership, commitment, and friendship for everyone. The Recycling Center and Landfill will be closed on Saturday, December 16th, in honor of Patrick and to allow staff to attend his memorial service.
