- First Reading to Amend Ordinance 8.08 Garbage, Refuse, Construction and Demolition Materials to remove vague language regarding recyclable materials and to align the ordinances with current processes
- Approve – Certificate of Incumbency to identify signatories for the City of Rawlins for the USDA Rural Development Loan
- Approve – Amendment of Professional Services Agreement with WWC Engineering to complete the design of Edinburgh Street
