High wind speeds and blowing snow are creating large drifts around our community. Please watch the road ahead for drifting and take extra caution.
Stay clear of all snow plow and removal equipment. Please give our equipment operators space to do their work. Help keep yourself and our crews safe! Turning on headlights also helps all drivers when visibility is poor.
We have crews from streets, utilities, landfill, and parks working to clear the drifting. We have reviewed the weather forecast for the next few days and will have staff assigned to snow plowing over the weekend.
