Due to changes in staffing, the “Why Rawlins” project will be postponed temporarily. The “Why Rawlins” community identity project is needed to encourage long-term, sustainable growth. This is a “heavy lift” that requires extended focus from staff members. A new timeline will be developed once we have the resources necessary to give this project the time and attention needed to be successful.
