[ARCHIVED] Temporary Special Use Permit Application for 1111 Daley Street.

Special Meeting Notice

In an abundance of caution, Rawlins City Council’s decision on Candy Mountain, LLC, d/b/a Sunny Side Liquor, as agents for and on behalf of Shepard Construction Solutions, LLC Application for a Temporary Special Use Permit on June 15, 2021, has been voided.  There were concerns that proper notice for the June 15, 2021, City Council meeting may not have been adequately given. 

The Temporary Special Use Permit application is for a temporary use of a retail liquor store at 1111 Daley Street, which is in an industrial zone. This Temporary Special Use Permit Application will now be heard by City Council at a Special Meeting on July 13, 2021, at 6pm in Council Chambers, City Hall, 521 W. Cedar, Rawlins.
