Meeting agenda items are limited to the 2nd reading of the 2021-22 Budget, the first reading of an ordinance amending Rawlins Municipal Code Section 19.40.050 Fences, adding livestock fencing as a permitted material for Landscaping, tree, shrub, garden and flower bed protection and an executive session. Council meetings are held in Council Chambers, City Hall, 521 W. Cedar Street.
