The City of Rawlins email system went down for most users from Thursday evening, March 25th through Sunday evening, March 28th due to complications with server upgrades. Service has been 95% restored at this time, with full service expected by Monday midmorning. If you emailed anyone with a City of Rawlins email address at this time and have not heard back, please resend the email.
