The City of Rawlins is announcing the delay of Music in the Park’s opening day until July 16th, pending the requirements from Statewide Public Health Orders. After reviewing the conditions and safety concerns for large crowds, the staff has reached this difficult decision. The logistics required to have a large gathering are substantial and require a significant staff presence. Unfortunately, we cannot safely meet all of the requirements at this time.
