The City of Rawlins will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 2, 2016, at 7:30 pm, in the City Council Chambers located at City Hall 521 W. Cedar Street, Rawlins, Wyoming, to solicit input from the citizenry, take public testimony and solicit public opinion, information public and gather information for submission of a Wyoming business Council Economic Developement Infrastructure CDBG Grant.
