NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE
AND FINAL PAYMENT
FOR THE
HARSHMAN STREET EXTENSION
RAWLINS, WYOMING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Rawlins has accepted as substantially complete according to plans, specifications and rules governing the same, the work performed under that certain contract dated May 16, 2014, between the City of Rawlins, the Owner, and STC Contractors, Inc., the Contractor, for the Harshman Street Extension, Rawlins, Wyoming and the Contractor is entitled to final payment therefore; Owner will cause said Contractor to be paid the full amount due him under said contract on or after February 18, 2015. All persons having claims for labor and material furnished the Contractor shall present them to the Town of Saratoga prior to the date specified for final payment.
