Watering Days:
All properties shall irrigate every other night according to address. If the last digit of your address is an even number, water on even numbered days of the month beginning at midnight. If the last digit of your address is an odd number, water on odd numbered days of the month beginning at midnight. Absolutely no watering on the 31st of the month.
Watering Time:
All irrigation on designated watering days shall be between the hours of midnight to 9:00am and 6:00pm to midnight. There shall be no irrigation between 9:00am and 6:00pm.
Sidewalk, Driveway and Vehicle Cleanup:
No washing of sidewalks or concrete areas. No washing of vehicles or equipment in driveways or roadways that would cause drainage into the streets or gutters.
Penalty or Fines:
First violation: A written warning.
Second and subsequent violations: a misdemeanor subject to a fine not to
exceed $750.00.
