Council work sessions and meetings are broadcast live and recorded on YouTube at www.rawlinswy.gov/youtube. Meetings are held in the Council Chamber, City Hall, 521 W. Cedar Street.
Council items include:
- **Public Hearing and Approval of Rezoning of Properties in the 1900-2200 block of West Spruce and the 200-400 blocks of 19th and 21st Streets from Residential 7.5 to Commercial C-2
- **Public Hearing and Second Reading to Amend Title 2.04.010 to change Regular Council Meeting times
- **Title 19 Proposed changes regarding fencing requirements in C-1, C-2, and I zones
- **Award of Bid for Transportation of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW), Tires, & Manure from the Rawlins Transfer Center to the Casper Solid Waste Facility
- **Resolution to Amend Personnel Policy to Add “Grievances Involving the City Manager, City Attorney, or Municipal Judge”
- **Approve License Agreement with Air Resources Specialist for Temporary Placement of Air Monitoring Station near the Rawlins Family Recreation Center
- **Reports from the Rawlins/Carbon County Airport Board, Acting City Manager, City Attorney, and City Council
- **Approve Agenda, Minutes, Accounts Payable and Payroll
- **Executive Session - per WY Statute 16-4-405(a)(ii & ix). This may include action after the executive session
Regular City Council meetings include opportunities for citizens to communicate with the council. Citizen’s Participation is reserved for items not on the agenda. During agenda items, public comments may be accepted during council discussion. To address the Council, please raise your hand and come to the podium once recognized by the mayor.

Rawlins City Council meetings are held every first and third Tuesday of each month at 7:30p. Work sessions are sometimes held beforehand, typically at 6:00 pm.
