Please join us in congratulating Everett Mann on receiving the July 2025 Community Builder Award for his service in the Army, workplace, and in local government throughout his remarkable 100 years. Everett got involved in municipal government when he disagreed with a proposed issue, which inspired him to run for council and eventually serve for fourteen years, including six as the mayor. He worked to build consensus by focusing on the core of each project and showing the common goals. Everett is also proud of his time as a supervisor in the juvenile youth program which gave kids a second chance. Everett is a true example of how one person can make a difference by stepping up to get the work done. Please join us in thanking Everett for all of his service to Rawlins!
