Council work sessions and meetings are broadcast live and recorded on YouTube at www.rawlinswy.gov/youtube. Meetings are held in the Council Chamber, City Hall, 521 W. Cedar Street.

- Public Hearing and Second Reading of an Ordinance to Amend Title 10.15.070 Failure to maintain liability coverage for consistency with state statute and to improve enforceability

- Approve Resolution to Adopt the Wyoming Region 3 Hazard Mitigation Plan
- Approve Resolution to Adopt New Fire Department Civil Service Rules and Regulations

Regular City Council meetings include opportunities for citizens to communicate with the council. Citizen’s Participation is reserved for items not on the agenda. During agenda items, public comments may be accepted during council discussion. To address the Council, please raise your hand and come to the podium once recognized by the mayor.

Rawlins City Council meetings are held every first and third Tuesday of each month at 7:30p. Work sessions are sometimes held beforehand, typically at 6:00 pm.
