Special Meeting Notice

The Rawlins City Council will hold a Special Council Meeting on FridayAugust 30th2024 at 11:00 a.m. The agenda and council packet are available on BoardDocs at www.rawlinswy.gov/boarddocs. The public is encouraged to attend or watch the meetings remotely. Council work sessions and meetings are broadcast live and recorded on YouTube at www.rawlinswy.gov/youtube. Council meetings are held in the Council Chamber, City Hall, 521 W. Cedar Street.  

 

The agenda is limited to:    

  • Public Hearing and Action on PZ 2408 001 for a Rezone/Zone change for all Bureau of Land Management (BLM) owned property located in Section 20, Township 21N, Range 87W, 6th P.M., within the municipal limits of the City of Rawlins, to exclude Parcel 1 

  • Public Hearing and Action on Special Use Permit SUP 2408 002, submitted by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), for a Special Use Permit pursuant to RMC 19.28.020 #37: Labor Camp - to install two (2) 8-person prebuilt modular firefighter housing units on Parcel 4. Located T21N, R87W NE Corner SE ¼ NW ¼ SEC. 20 (Parcel 4) 

  • Resolution – Apply for Level III Construction Funding from Wyoming Water Development Commission (WWDC) to rehabilitate and/or replace the critical infrastructure capturing and transmitting water

Rawlins City Council meetings are held every first and third Tuesday of each month at 7:30p. Work sessions are sometimes held beforehand, typically at 6:00 pm.
