What weighs the same as 3 elephants? The amount of cold patch and milled asphalt laid by City of Rawlins crews this winter! 

Cold patching and milled asphalt can be used for short-term repairs when necessary to fill potholes when the weather is below 40 degrees and in wet conditions.  When the weather became consistently warmer in May, we fired up the asphalt plant and have been filling potholes as the weather allows. All summer, our street crew will be focused on patching utility repair street cuts, as well as addressing potholes. Know of a bad pothole?
