Join the City at three Halloween events on Oct. 31: Trick or Treat on Downtown Streets in Downtown Rawlins from 3-5, Safe Trick or Treat at the Rec Center from 5-7 (bring a non-perishable food donation), and the Rawlins Police Department Neighborhood Parks, joined by other city Staff, at Bolton Park from 6-6:30, Washington Park 7-7:30, and Rob Roy Park from 8-8:30.
