Join the salsa cooking contest through the Rawlins/Carbon County Chamber of Commerce, 307-324-4111. The craft corner is open all afternoon with crafts for all ages, Carbon County Child Development Programs. History presented inside the Historic Downtown Depot by the Carbon County Higher Education Center. Live music at 7pm featuring artist Johnny Sanchez y Puro Norte sonsored by the City of Rawlins and the Rawlins Music Academy. Local talent will be displayed with the costumed dances. Local Restaurants offer samples of their famous dishes. Margarietas made with Sauza taquila featured for sample. The event will be grand. The time you spend here will be a great experience.
