Join the City of Rawlins Fire Department, Tink Day, and other members of our community as we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honor the courage of our local heroes—law enforcement, firefighters,  EMS, and more. A moment of reflection and gratitude for those who protect and those who sacrifice.
