ROCHELLE RANCH GOLF COURSE

BAR AND RESTAURANT CONCESSIONAIRE

The City of Rawlins is accepting proposal for operation of a turn-key, move-in-ready Bar and Restaurant located at Rochelle Ranch Municipal Golf Course. This facility includes a full bar, dining room and patio. The restaurant is open for golfers and to the general public alike. Please submit a proposal to the City of Rawlins with hours of operation and a business plan. The City of Rawlins has staff who are willing to work with you to develop a business plan if requested. If you have questions about running a successful restaurant, please contact us as well. Our goal is to help you succeed. Proposals will be accepted unit the position is filled. Please Note: The Draft Restaurant Concessionaire Agreement is available for review. Potential Restaurant Concessionaires will have an opportunity to review and negotiate the Restaurant Concessionaire Agreement with City staff prior to entering into an Agreement with City Council.
