LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rawlins Board of Adjustments will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 23, 2022, at 5:30 p.m., at the City Hall Council Chambers located at 521 West Cedar Street, Rawlins to hear the following matters: 

Public Hearing:

• BOA 22-08-01 Variance for a new deck front setbacks 25’ to be reduced to 14’ located at 818 Apple Ave.
• BOA 22-08-02 Variance to reduce side setbacks 5’ to 2’.3” accessory building located at 1215 Colorado St.

New Business:

• BOA 22-08-01 Variance for a new deck front setbacks 25’ to be reduced to 14’located at 818 Apple Ave
• BOA 22-08-02 Variance to reduce side setbacks 5’ to 2’.3”  accessory building located at 1215 Colorado St.
